How to Place an Order

Orders can be placed in person at BURSLEM POTTERY, by phone (+44 (0) 1782 319100), e-mail to orders@andrewhull.co.uk or by post.

For non stock items a deposit of 50% of the order value is required before the order will be passed to production.

P&P costs for mainland UK can be found in the main catalog costs for international customers will be quoted prior to order acceptance.

The full amount including any P&P costs must be paid before any goods will be dispatched.

If you wish to avoid the P&P collection in person from BURSLEM POTTERY is welcome.

Currently payment can only be taken by cash or cheque made payable to "BURSLEM POTTERY" we hope to be able to accept creditcards in the very near future.
