Unity-(Fables Millenium Piece)

I was asked to sculpt a millennium piece for fables in early 1999.At the time we thought, that to have doves circling a unicorn to show a purity of peace would be a good idea. The problem was how to connect the doves to the unicorn with out loosing the essence of them in flight. We solved this problem buy connecting them to a very elaborate and flowing mane and tail etc and it worked a treat? This was limited to 2000 to obviously coincide with the millennium date.
